What To Expect
Enjoy the Rehoboth Bay aboard the coolest pontoon boat in town! This pontoon boat features a double deck with a slide! The boat can carry up to 14 passengers at once. If making this booking, I agree to all of the following:1.) Operators MUST be 18 years or older AND provide a Valid Driver's License at the time of check-in. (ID Cards and Passports are NOT accepted underDelaware Law § 2213.)2.) I was born before January 1, 1978, or have successfully completed a boating safety course that is approved by the State of Delaware. Please make sure to bring a copy with you so we can verify this requirement!3.) Operators MUST have a basic understanding of the English Language.4.) All Boats MUST Remain in the Rehoboth Bay or Lewes Canal.(THIS MEANS NO INDIAN RIVER BAY/INLET/PARADISE GRILL)5.) Operators CANNOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.PLEASE NOTE:Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in a refusal of the rental equipment and NO REFUND. We have a limited amount of equipment with high demand, so please read the above criteria carefully before agreeing.
